Electricity Meter Reading Request

With effect from April 1, all requests for meter readings should be made through the Association, who will arrange for the readings to be taken and emailed back to you as soon as possible.

Meter readings are currently taken on Tuesdays & Fridays.  Readings will be available on the following dates:

  • Tuesdays – 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th September
  • Fridays – 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th September
  • Tuesdays – 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th October
  • Fridays – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th October

Requests received up to 8am on those days can normally be included that day.

If you need meter readings on a regular basis (monthly or quarterly), we please let us know by email to  hebblewharf@gmail.com with the details below, and the dates on which the readings are required. We will do our best to obtain readings for you in the preceding few days.

If you are moving out of your apartment, let us know your moving date in good time and we will do our best to take your meter readings on that day. We can arrange water meter readings as well; please email us at hebblewharf@gmail.com with your planned moving date.  

Please note that this email address should be used ONLY to request meter readings.

Meter readings should reach you within 24 hours of being taken. If you have not submitted a request before, you may be asked to answer a security question.

Note – Your contact details will be retained by the Association, to enable us to keep you up-to-date with any relevant news affecting residents at Hebble Wharf. In accordance with our data protection policy, we will not share the information with any other organisation or use it for any other purpose without your consent.
